Pairing the correct wine with the correct dish can sometimes be a daunting task!  While you ultimately need to simply select the wine that you personally feel goes best with your food, there are still some guidelines that you might choose to follow

A complete course on pairing wine with food would be far too extensive for our schedule.  However, we can start by pairing wine with cheese.  Cheese and wine were seamingly made to go together so it is fitting that we discuss which wines go best with which cheeses!
